My ankle is finally feeling better. Even the bruising the reached to my toes is nearly gone. It still feels a little weak/”funny” sometimes but I’m not favoring it any more.
Thanks for asking. π

Tamara, glad to hear your ankle is doing better! I twisted mine last year, not a bad-bad twist, but it sure had me limping and favoring it for awhile, and I still can feel it after a long day on my feet, after I lay down for the night. It’s just a weird feeling, not painful, anyhow, just wanted you to know that I know what you are going through somewhat … π

Thanks Maisy! Yes, a weird feeling. A “weak” feeling is the only way I can describe it. As I said in the post about it, this ankle has had a couple of serious injuries so those contribute obviously. The thought keeps running through my head that if I could just make it stronger it wouldn’t concern me as much…coupled with aging, etc. Know any ankle strengthening exercises? π
